The project “Canal Zero” is a project co-directed by João Bento ,João Cabaço and Rodolfo Pimenta. The main concept of the project is the electro acoustic musicalization of animation films of the beginning of 20th Century and experimental contemporary videos of experimental Portuguese Artists. It is a fusion project between electronic and acoustic music. The music that movies gave birth but living independently inside a universe which finds itself to narrate a story. They are little musical stories to see and imagine.

Presently, on stage, you can visualize projections of organical materials ( clay, paper, objects, inks, and others), in mutation, that will be created in real time, by Rodolfo Pimenta. It is used a ligthning table, where the materials are exposed and transformed over a glass, acquiring diferent shapes and colors. Above the same, you can find a structure made of wood that is used to support second plan cenarios. However, below the lightning table, there is a video camera turned perpendicularly to the glass. Begining with the sound support, materials behaviour generats abstract images, allowing an individual journey, on each spectator, during the concert.
